My personal goal for Why You Need a Coach is to provide an in-depth explanation of what coaching is, why it’s important, and the types of issues and situations that coaching can help you work through.
One of my goals as a coach is to help clients feel more empowered by building up their confidence and self-esteem. I am motivated to support you along your journey toward greater health, growth, and happiness.
When you break it down, there are four steps to take when working toward becoming our best selves. You’ll want to balance your basic needs, make progress toward self-concordant goals, hold yourself accountable, and actively work toward modifying problematic aspects of yourself or your world. This may sound like a tall order, but with the help of a life coach, nothing is impossible!
